**Return Policy**

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note the following conditions:

1. **Return Window**: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. **Restocking Fee**: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. The minimum restocking fee is $20.

3. **Condition of Items**: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

4. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be processed.

5. **Refunds**: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. **Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
